Mental Wellbeing
The mental health and wellbeing of students at The Workplace is of paramount importance and there are a number of schemes and initiatives to support positive mental health. The work of the pastoral team is central to this and all students benefit from supporting mentoring and pastoral support. In addition, this year The Workplace is launching a support scheme in partnership with the East Sussex Mental Health Support Team (MHST) to support students experiencing mild-moderate mental health difficulties. The MHST can help with anxiety, low mood, sleep issues, healthy eating, worry/anxiety, phobias and low self-esteem.
