Outcomes for Pupils
- Year 11 students performed well in GCSE’s following a robust process of teacher assessment in the absence of formal examinations.
- 100% of students achieved 1 GCSE or more at grades 9-1.
- 75% of students achieved 5 or more GCSE or more at grades 9-1
- The average grade in English Language was 3.1, with a range from grade 2 to grade 5.
- The average grade in Maths was 2.6 with a range from grade 1 to grade 4.
- The attainment 8 score was 20.5, an increase on 2018/19 of 15.1 meaning students attainment was on average half a grade above the previous years.
- Based on FFT 50 predictions, 77.8% of students in English and 72.73 % in Maths made average progress given their starting points, gender and month of birth.
- Early entry to GCSE continues to benefit students. All students in Year 9 & 10 already have a number of qualifications, including Statistics, Hospitality and English Literature.
